The cottage also features magnificent views of Lake Oconee from these spacious upstairs & downstairs areas: two decks, two master bedrooms and the two living areas.
This beautiful & spacious Marina Cove Cottage has two separate stories - each floor contains:
• Main Level: 2BR and 2 full bathrooms and Lower level: 2nd master ensuite and children's nook with full bath attached.
• separate spacious living areas, both with flat-screen TV’s and stereo equipment,
• kitchen and/or wet bar, and
• spacious outdoor deck/seating-area with beautiful views of Lake Oconee.
Marina Cove Cottage has 2,600 square feet of floor-space and is just a 4.5 mile drive into town for shopping & dining. All four bedrooms contain their own full bathroom, and there are a total of 4 flat-screen TV’s throughout the home. WIFI is available throughout the home.
This home features (on the main walk-in level): an open floor-plan, full kitchen, dining for 6 with 2 additional chairs, and spacious patio seating (including a bar-height four-top dining table & chairs) with beautiful lake views.
