Debbie Miller’s love of working with homeowners started in 2004 when she moved to Lake Oconee with her husband and began working at Reynolds Plantation. At that time, Debbie was introduced to property management through the Reynolds Plantation long term leasing program. She later was promoted and managed the entire program for several years. Debbie quickly learned that several lake area homeowners had primary residences out of state and she developed strong relationships with many of them. She also learned that there were not many options at Lake Oconee that provided quality property management services for these homeowners. In August of 2009, an opportunity presented itself and Debbie acquired Holiday Homes Solutions LLC, a property management company that focused on secondary home property management as well as individualized concierge services. While the business model remains the same, the company underwent a rebranding in early 2012 changing the name from Holiday Home Solutions, LLC to The Home Guardian. Debbie continues to provide excellent service and peace of mind to her clients and resides in Lake Oconee with her husband, Justin and their two boys.

We have known Debbie Miller for the past several years as property/home manager for our residence in the Lake Oconee area. Debbie has done an excellent job of monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining every aspect of our household there.
